Ingredients: Australian Wagyu Beef (95%), Salt, Truffles, Dextrose (Maize), Spices, (316), (250), Starter Culture. This salami is approximately 380 grams. This salami does not contain dairy, gluten or soy. This salami is made from 95% Australian ingredients.
Store in cool dry place once opened or in the refrigerator unwrapped. Please do not place the salami in an air-tight container. All the salamis are air-dired and manufactured from uncooked comminuted fermented meat (UCFM).
