Refund & Returns Policy
At Universal Fine Foods, we take great care in producing and supplying high-quality food products. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for food products purchased online. No Refunds or Returns. Once food products have been dispatched or delivered, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to food safety regulations and quality control requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Delivery Issues
Universal Fine Foods is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will work with you and the courier service to resolve any delivery issues where possible.
