Ingredients: Australian Duck (93%), Salt, Rice Wine, Dextrose (maize), Spices, Molasses, Matodextrin, Garlic, Dried Oranges, Antioxidant (316), Mineral Salts )(450, 451, 452), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture, Fibrous casing. This salami is approximately 300 - 400 grams.

This salami is made from 96% Australian ingredients.

Fermented Manufactured Meat - Not Heat Treated.
Unwrap the salami from the packaging and paper bag.

Store in the refrigerator.

Do not store in an air-tight container.

Consume within 1 month of purchase or once salami is too to cut.

Salami and chorizos will shrink over time and whiten, as the salt and fat will come out. Please rinse the salami with cold water during this process.
