The Saucisson salami is made with Australian Pork, Red Wine and Black Pepper and the Spicy Godfather Salami is made with Australian Pork, Pork Belly and Black Pepper.
Both of these salamis have been hand picked by popular demand.

This salami is made from 98% Australian ingredients. Fermented Manufactured Meat - Not Heat Treated.
Spicy Godfather Salami
Ingredients: Australian Pork, Salt, Spices, Dextrose (maize), Sugar, Garlic, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture. This salami is approximately 300 - 400 grams.
This salami is made from 98% Australian ingredients. Fermented Manufactured Meat - Not Heat Treated.
Store in a dry, cool space. Refrigerate after opening.
