Ingredients: Australian Pork,  Dextrose (Maize), Wine, Spices, Antioxidant (316), (250), Starter Culture.  This salami is approximately 400 grams. This salami does not contain gluten. 

This salami is made from 98% Australian ingredients. 

Store in the refrigerator. Please do not place the salami in an air-tight container. All the salamis are air-dired and manufactured from uncooked comminuted fermented meat (UCFM).
