Ingredients: Australian Black Angus Beef, Salt, Dextrose, Dextrin, Spices, Preservative (250, 251), Starter Culture. This salami is approximately 400 to 450 grams. This salami does not contain gluten or soy.

Store in cool dry place once opened or in the refrigerator unwrapped. All the salamis are air-dired and manufactured from uncooked comminuted fermented meat (UCFM).
