Made in Brittany, France this Camembert cheese is made from pasteurised milk. It has a soft texture balanced by a firm crust. This cheese continues to mature over time. To enjoy this cheese at its best, remove from the fridge one hour before eating.

Ingredients: Pasteurised Cow's Milk, Salt, Microbial Coagulant, Lactic Starter (milk), P Candidum.
After opening keep in fridge and use within 3 days.
